Orders with express shipping methods received before 1 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT-8), Monday through Friday (except on US holidays), will be processed the same day. Orders received after the 1 p.m. cutoff time will be processed the next day. If the next day is a Saturday, Sunday or US holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.

For Standard shipping orders please allow 24 business hours from when submitted to be processed and shipped.

We will send you an order confirmation when we process your order.

Shipping Rates:

In order to view the most current shipping charges for your particular order, feel free to use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of your shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code, state and country. The calculator will display the most recent shipping options and fees.
Note: Heavier items may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping & Handling:

Our primary carriers are FedEx and US Postal Service. Unless you choose a faster shipping method, your order will ship via FedEx, US Postal Service First Class Mail, or a combination of the two. We're sorry, but express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Military addresses (orders will be shipped via US Postal Service). If an Express Method is selected to a PO Box Address, Priority Mail will be used. Express packages to physical addresses will be shipped via FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Domestic Shipments
•    Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days, depending on delivery zone.
•    2nd Day Air: 2 business days.
•    Next Day Air: Next business day.

International Shipments
•    Standard International: 8 to 12 business days.
•    Express International: 3 to 5 business days.

To Alaska, Hawaii:
FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day services are unavailable. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service.

International Orders:

Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Store.Adam4Adam has no control over these charges, nor can Store.Adam4Adam predict what they may be.

Note:
•    Express International includes brokerage fees and insurance along with its fast transit time. The recipient is responsible for any fees, which will be levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
•    Standard International may require brokerage and duties depending on the carrier; these are to be paid by the receiver.

Store.Adam4Adam must legally include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, non-sexually-related descriptions. For example: rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, etc..

International shipping rates will be determined at the time of your order. We will notify you via email should there be any additional shipping charges before your package is dispatched. Store.Adam4Adam is not responsible for any additional VAT, broker, duty or taxes on any International order.

APO/FPO/US Territories:

Orders shipped to Military APO/FPO and US Territory addresses can only be delivered via standard US Postal Service. Express shipping methods are not available for APO/FPO and US Territories. Packages sent to these addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling procedures for these areas. US Postal Service has informed us it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain addresses.

Freight Forwarders

Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carry items internationally may result in complications that will not be covered by Store.Adam4Adam.

If a freight forwarder or hand-carry is used, the following terms will apply:

  • Store.Adam4Adam won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Store.Adam4Adam isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
  • If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a U.S. address, purchase goods from Store.Adam4Adam to be shipped to a U.S. location, and then subsequently export the goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Store.Adam4Adam must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure the freight forwarders most up-to-date U.S. address is used.
  • Store.Adam4Adam will not issue return labels for items that have been delivered to or by a freight forwarder. Any and all items that need to be returned from a freight forwarder will be at the expense of the customer. It is the customer’s duty to follow all import laws into their country and to not purchase items they unable to receive.
