Pull the pin, rinse your hole, then go get railed.
The Grenade is our grab-and-go douche. The green ribbed bulb holds 8 ounces, so you refill less often and finish faster. Up front sits a full-length liquid silicone nozzle that flexes with your body.
Fill up with lukewarm water. Ease the nozzle in and squeeze slow until the bulb is empty. Repeat until you run clear. With no shower needed, a gym locker room or a hotel bathroom works as well as home.
Drop a Grenade in your gym bag and go.

Pro Tip: Lie on your left side, top knee drawn up, when you squeeze. That angle lines the nozzle up with your rectum, so the water flows deeper with less pressure.
