Our Premium Locking Leather wrist and ankle cuffs are the best in locking leather cuffs. Constructed of a 2 1/2" wide triple reinforced leather band; the heavy duty design weighs over 10oz. and is recommended for strenuous restraining. The buckles are our unique locking buckle design, which allows you to lock the buckles themselves but isn't required for them to fasten.
