Getting properly prepped should take minutes, not an evening. The Ultimate Shower Enema Set is engineered to turn your existing shower into a full setup, with a tee valve between the arm and the head that leaves the shower untouched and adds a dedicated outlet for the hose.
You get a 6.5 foot hose, 3 graduated nozzles, a flow control valve and 5 rubber gaskets. Insertable lengths come in at 2.8, 4.4 and 5.7 inches, at 0.6, 0.9 and 0.8 inches across, built in stainless steel and zinc alloy with PVC and premium silicone.

Pro Tip: Start on the smallest nozzle and the lowest flow, every time, even once you know the set. Pressure is the part that catches people out, and the valve is positioned where your hand already is for exactly that reason.
