I have never worn one of these before and the vibration felt really good. However, I am not sure I had it on all the way. Being hairy makes waering this a little painful. Perhaps I need more lube, since this is a different type of ring. I'll figure it out. I probably need to wear others to become more comfortable. I think this would be awesome for guys who wear these regularly. Novices like me, need to build up to it. But I really do like it!
